2. Use License
Permission is granted to use SubtoolAI for personal and commercial transcription purposes. You may not:
• Reverse engineer our software
• Resell the service without authorization
• Use the service for illegal purposes
• Attempt to circumvent usage limits
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
4. File Upload Limits
Users may upload files up to 10GB. Files and transcripts are deleted after 30 days of inactivity. You are responsible for maintaining backups.
5. Subscriptions and Billing
Subscriptions auto-renew monthly unless cancelled. You may cancel anytime through your account settings. Refunds may be requested within 7 days of purchase.
6. Free Tier
Free accounts receive 120 minutes (2 hours) of transcription per month. Files are limited to 30 minutes each with a maximum of 3 files per day.
7. Disclaimer
SubtoolAI is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee 100% transcription accuracy.
8. Limitation of Liability
SubtoolAI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our service.
9. Modifications
We may revise these terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of changes.
