8. User Accounts
If you create an account on SubtoolAI, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and password and for restricting access to your computer. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. You must notify SubtoolAI immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
9. File Upload Limits
Users may upload files up to 10GB in size. SubtoolAI automatically deletes uploaded files and associated transcripts after 30 days of inactivity. You are responsible for maintaining backups of important transcription data.
10. Subscriptions and Billing
Your subscription will auto-renew on the same day each month (for monthly plans) or each year (for annual plans) unless you cancel before the renewal date. You may cancel your subscription anytime through your account settings. Refunds for unused services may be requested within 7 days of purchase.
11. Limitation of Liability
You agree that SubtoolAI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses, even if advised of the possibility of such damage.
12. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which SubtoolAI operates, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.
